Where did the latest trend of new boots come from?  And when did it actually start?  Fashion trends really do have an unnoticed way of just appearing out of midair it seems.

For everyone willing to think back just a few falls you will remember the emergence of THE UGG.  This ugly, bulky trend smacked us in the face Fall 2007.  While even the name of the boot has to do with ugliness it certainly still is a style being worn today.  Girls wearing them with leotards, tight jeans, sweats, skirts and shorts.  Really anything.

Now (and to my relief) the fashion God’s have spoken.  The boot trend has changed a bit.  Rather than thick, bulky and comfy we are seeing loose, leather, buckles and style.  This new evolution within the trend is a fresh new way to work the new boot (hide the ankles if need be) and feel comfortable about your legs.

As it seems winter is upon us not only is fashion essential (as always) but also warmth and comfort.  Boots meet these needs.  The UGG Boots are still be worn with a low hang and upon top to spread for jeans.  For a nicer and more stylish boot you should be looking for suede, leather, buckles, ruffles, heels and flats as displayed above.

Fashion, style and comfort have never been more in sync than now.  Offering you the opportunity to approach style and be comfortable with your legs.  Many of remember Julie Roberts in Pretty Women.  Well thigh high boots are not just worn by prostitutes any more.  They are even considered classy lately.  I am not sure what the world is coming to but lets take advantage.  Wear those boots that fit your personality best.  Even if it is the unfortunate, dreaded UGG boot go for it.
